CYD House Dressing

We have had a few requests at the Deli for the recipe so here you go!!


50g Red Wine Vinegar
175g Extra Virgn Olive Oil
200g Vegetable Oil
40g Caster Sugar
5g Salt
1/2 tsp Mustard Powder
1/2 Garlic Clove- crushed


Add all the ingredients, except the oils to a bowl and whisk to combine, ensure the sugar and salt have dissolved in to the mixture.

Add the oil and whisk again until everything is well combined.

This mixture will store in a sealed container in the fridge for up to a month.

Be aware that it will thicken and separate when sat in the fridge (this is normal!) so when you want to use it let it sit at room temperatue for 20 minutes or so and give a whisk to bring it all back together.
