If you want add a few extras to your order we have plenty to choose from:

Cheese (from £1.70/100g) - sold by weight, let us know how much you would like of each or we can advise depending on your party size:

  • Cornish Blue- Moist, sticky, Gorgonzola-ish. A real favourite with locals in the know.
  • Cornish Brie- A delicious mild and creamy brie with a melting, smooth texture.  The rich and creamy Cornish milk gives it a characteristic yellow, buttery colour
  • Cornish Kern- Recently launched by the makers of Cornish Yarg. Kern is rich, nutty and savoury with a slight caramel aftertaste and a smooth and satisfying texture
  • Cornish Gouda- A sweet, mellow, nutty cheese with a nicely developed flavour. Made in the traditional Dutch way using Cornish cows milk. Semi-matured.
  • Cornish Gouda with Fenugreek- The sister to the cheese above. Has the addition of whole fenugreek seeds which give a beautiful extra-savoury hit to the traditional Gouda taste.
  • Cornish Smuggler- A traditional farmhouse-style cheddar with the addition of an amber-hued vegetable dye to give a beautiful marbled effect. A great looking addition to any cheeseboard.
  • Helford Blue- A delightfully soft squishy blue cheese from the Treveador Farm Dairy on the Lizard.
  • Helford Camembert- Another cheese from the Treveador Darm Dairy on the Lizard. The only truly artisan camembert to be made West of Bristol
  • Helford White- A delightfully soft squishy cheese from the Treveador Farm Dairy on the Lizard. It is rind-washed and has a distinctive peach coloured rind
  • Keltic Gold- Pungent, earthy and soft, it is rind washed with local cider
  • St Endellion Brie- A delicious luxury Cornish Brie hand-made using Cornish double cream to create a rich and creamy soft cheese
  • St Gluvias- An artisan hard-pressed farmhouse cheese from Kennal Vale Cheese just up the road. Unpasteurised.
  • Treloar- An artisan hard-pressed farmhouse cheese from Kennal Vale Cheese just up the road.
  • Yarg-  A fresh, creamy tasting cheese with a special quality all of its own due to the hand-applied covering of nettles.
  • Yarg- Garlic- A fresh clean taste like traditional Yarg but with a subtle hint of garlic
  • Black Bomber Cheddar- A creamy & smooth extra-mature Cheddar from Snowdonia, loved for its depth of flavour.
  • Colston Bassett Stilton- Regarded as one of the best traditionally made naturally crusted Stiltons in the country. Mellow and creamy with rich blue flavourful veins running through it.
  • Brie De Meaux- The king of bries, this cheese has a beautifully soft velvety texture with a tender bloomy rind.
  • Manchego Cheese - 9 month aged-  Mellow, creamy, nutty tasting sheeps milk cheese from Spain. 9 months matured.
  • Rosemary Manchego Cheese - 12 month aged- The sweet nutty taste of Manchego overlaid with the deeply herbaceous taste of rosemary. 12 months matured
  • Parmigiano Reggiano - 24 month aged- Fruity and nutty at the same time, with its famous granular texture. Ideal for grating but wonderful enjoyed on its own with a crisp white wine.
  • Ruffec Goats Log- A classic soft goats milk log with a white rind and characteristic chalky yet creamy texture

Charcuterie (from £1.80/100g)- cut to order and sold by weight

  • Finocchiona Salami- Typical Tuscan salami, finely minced and flavoured with Fennel.
  • La Rioja Chorizo Fine- cut cured pork sausage from La Rioja region, flavoured with paprika (un-smoked).
  • Lomo- Pork loin lightly smoked over oak and cured naturally for over 5 months.
  • Milano Salami- Mild sweet flavour, finely minced traditional salami.
  • Prosciutto di Parma- Italian dry-cured ham, trimmed by hand and matured for 18 months. Beautifully moist and sweet.
  • Smoked Chorizo Leon- Smoked coarse-cut rustic chorizo flavoured with paprika.
  • Smoked Pancetta- Pork belly cured with salt and spices including garlic, black pepper, oregano, nutmeg & paprika then slowly smoked over oak.
  • Sopressa Veneta- Finely minced salami from Venice, flavoured with Garlic.
  • Ventricina Piccante Salami-  Medium coarse salami from Southern Italy, flavoured with spicy chillies
  • Mini Italian Salami – Traditional (150g - sold individually- perfect picnic size!)
