These can be made with any type of flour

INGREDIENTS

Butter- 100g

Sugar- 250g

Golden Syrup- 75g

Dark Chocolate- 275g

Eggs- 4

GF or Plain Flour- 70g

METHOD

Bring to the simmer the butter, sugar and syrup in a pan.
Take off the heat and add the chocolate, whisk to mix well.
Add all the eggs at once and whisk well until smooth.
Add the flour and mix but do not over mix.
Spoon in to the brownie moulds or a small tray.
Bake for 20mins at 160C, the centre should still be gooey.
Fridge overnight before cutting.
